PingRep is a network uptime monitoring tool.  It was designed because of the less-than-satisfactory performance of my own ISP's connection, and has grown ever since.  With PingRep, you can select a site to ping, and an interval between pings and go!  You can also cycle through the three preset sites after every 5 pings, or even use a built-in site manager.  PingRep will then begin logging ping responses to a simple plain text file, and if there are any dropped packets, it will log the entire ping output to a seperate file.  It is all you will need to track the downtime and performance of your ISP.  Thank you for using PingRep. :)
